    I have attempted many times to call in to place orders and their phone rarely works. When it does ring no one ever answers it, instead I am sent to a voicemail that tells me it is full and cannot receive another voice message. They are constantly out of the food I go to order and I have to order something different. The server is always kind but overall, it's a terrible experience and I will not go back as it takes too long and the food has been soggy on more than one occasion.

    This is a jewel in the East Village. I must admit I rarely eat anything but the blackened chicken but it is superb. Drinks are well mixed. This is one of the better places in town to get an old fashioned.
