- 1 / 5By Jam JamWell, it is McDonald's. I had ordered Happy meals for the kids along with shakes. After ordering and paying for I found out they had no shakes. I was offered a substitute. Just asked for my money back, which was fine. The double hamburger came with cheese, which I specially had asked for no cheese just the burger and ketchup. So, I asked for another one instead this time with no cheese. When it was put on the counter, and the person said double without cheese, I opened it, there was the cheese again! So, they finally got it right the third time. I was so upset.June 10, 2016
