  The experience wasn't good. We walk up to the counter and no one is there to help us. There are 3 employees standing near the counter. Finally one of them offers to take our order. We place our order and pay. The lady at the counter then told us they had a limited selection available and couldn't fill our order. Then offered to fill the order with a blend of mild and spicy. We also ordered an extra bisket. When we picked up the order there wasn't an extra biscuit and then she proceeded to tell me about her having to go home and cook dinner. Not my concern I just wanted my food. It was just really unorganized, hectic and just not welcoming.

  Horrible experience had to wait in line for over 10 minutes when I had originally gone through the drive-through to get my meal had to go back in and wait to get the rest of my order because they didn't put it in there not to mention there was nobody working the front just. Just one woman who was doing all the orders do not go there!!!!!

  Popeye's food always delights, but this crew's service always seems a bit better than other stores in the area! For good chicken on the south side, this is great option!
