  Bad service and management un professional. My wife and her family who visited for their grandmother's funeral this past weekend had went inside about a quarter till closing time. The workers at that time sign a big sign and had a bad attitude because they went inside to order ice cream. Now as far as I know when you work and your schedule to a certain time you work all the way through that time or until the last customer leaves. these guys didn't want to work all the way through that time they just want to do half-ass work. my family ended up getting ice cream then eating it and at 9 o'clock these boys ended up kicking my family out. They were rude to begin with and rude at the end and it was a very ugly experience. My wife complain to corporate and the manager ended up calling back and he was angry with my wife about the situation. How a professional is that and how inconsiderate is that! you do not call the customer and cuss them out because they complained about your workers who are in proficient incompetent and lazy. I suggest if you go to this Dairy Queen please be advised of possibly some bad customer service I know it's not a career job but these kids need to know how to manage a job to their best and learn from it so when they get out in the real world where it counts they don't make the rest of us feel like crap. Thank you for reading my rant.
